To display IP Bundle Alarms for a specific bundle:

1. Select an entry in the Bundle Active Alarms List.

2. Click <One Bundle…>.

A dialog box appears listing IP bundle alarms for the selected bundle.

Clearing Alarms

The Alarms>Clear command clears active Megaplex alarms from the Mux Active

Alarms list:



To clear active Megaplex alarms from the Mux Active Alarms List:

• From the Fault menu, select Alarms and Clear.

No user confirmation is requested.

Clearing All Alarms

The Alarms>Clear All command clears all active Megaplex, card and port alarms

from the Mux Active Alarms list.



To clear all active alarms from the Mux Active Alarms List:

• From the Fault menu, select Alarms followed by Clear All.

No user confirmation is requested.

Configuring Alarms

For Megaplex level alarms, you can configure the following:

• Severity

• Attributes

• Define the scope of alarm reports.

Setting Alarm Severity

Using the Severity command, you can set the level of severity for the various types

of alarms.



To set severity levels for alarms

• In the Fault menu, click Alarms, followed by Configuration and Severity &

ACM Relay…

The Alarms Severity dialog box appears.
