Resetting the Hardware

RADview/TDM enables you to reset the hardware for standalone LRS-24 modems

only.

 To reset the modem HW:

1. In the Zoom view, select an ASMi-31CQ, ASMi-51CD/CQ or

ASMi-52CD/CQ/CD4W modem (far-end).

2. Right-click and select Configuration > HW Reset.

3. Select <OK>.

Resetting the Modem

The Reset command resets the modem to the last configuration that was saved.

Reset is enabled only if the unit is Master. Reset cannot be performed while SW

Download is in progress.

 To reset the modem:

1. In the Zoom view, select an ASMi-31CQ, ASMi-51CD/CQ or

ASMi-52CD/CQ/CD4W modem (near-end or far- end).

2. Right-click and select Configuration > Modem Reset. If the unit is a

standalone, select HW Reset.

3. Select <OK> to confirm the reset.
